A marriage contract puts a protective shell around your relationship that helps keep your bond strong when there are bumps in the road—it gives couples a sense of security that they'll stay together no matter what
W edding Vow Renewal
Simply put, a vow renewal is a way to celebrate your marriage. Perhaps you've made it to 10, 25 or 50 years together and you want the world to know you'd do it all over again in a heartbeat. I'd love to work with you to make even more amazing memories
The Process
Getting together to start the journey

Sitting down early and talking about your ceremony is so useful. My role is to perform the legal part of your ceremony, a small but vital role to the whole day. The role you play is huge. Understanding how the ceremony unfolds, investing time early into what you want to say and knowing what to expect will take some of the pressure off you both and allow you to soak up the amazing atmosphere with your friends and family.
Finalising ceremony and rehearsal

Trust me, this part is fun. You've done the hard work, you've applied for your Marriage Licence:
apply here marriages.services.govt.nz and we've agreed on a format for your ceremony. You know what your saying and how the service is going to unfold. We get to head over to your venue, have a rehearsal with your bridal party, laugh a lot, ease your nerves and get comfortable with the whole thing. I'll have emailed you an agreed format ahead of time and everyone now knows their job.
The big day has arrived

I am here to take care of the legal stuff, to support and guide you through today. Your job is to just be in the moment as you tie the knot in front of your friends and family. Nothing prepares you for this moment, when it arrives, be prepared for overwhelming happiness and stay with this feeling for a lifetime. This service will be wonderful, memorable and powerful because you created it, you own it, it's yours forever.
Your life journey officially begins on this day. Congratulations!
